Presentations are available for organizations, schools, businesses, civic groups, and professional associations and are facilitated by experts in mindfulness modalities.
Pathways to Mindfulness presentations are available throughout the year and are formatted for one to two hours of actual instruction time, with ample opportunity for questions and answers. Group size is flexible and multiple presentations may be conducted in a single day. This program is excellent for businesses and organizations seeking to promote harmony and cohesiveness, children in grades K-12 for well-being and enrichment, as well as for college students, especially during orientations and pre-exam periods. Once you have achieved the level of mindfulness that I have, then life just becomes a lot more simpler. People tend to overcomplicate life, and it is not what I want for myself. If you want to enjoy life, then just get rid of the negative emotions that you are feeling. Once you empower the mind, everything just falls in line.
